This place is AMAZING! The customer service you receive at this place it's SUPERB!! The moment you request information they respond as real people caring for people, not just as another sales person trying to sell you a car and that is what makes the diffence between them and other places out there! I had a great experience with Jacob and Luis! Everyone was awesome, but, I wanted to provide feedback and special recognition to the two of them because they truly deserve it. THANK YOU with all of my heart! Best car buying experience ever. Serg will take care of you and put you in a car you love. Even if it's "grandma gold" and you might not like it at first glance, trust him. He knew the right car for me and was able to get me financed immediately. So grateful to him and Scott in the finance department.

Nathan Y, and his team were amazing!! I had very low expectations when going in to get a car, but they proved me wrong and I drove off in a car!! Nate and his team went above and beyond to get me in to something (especially with what they had to working with credit wise and other things). Nate and I laughed and I cried it was a good day!! once again Nick Myer Ford /Lincoln dealership looked out for me again and made this visit a wonderful experience. this is the second car I financed with them. The service here is awesome, the staff is kind I told them I would never go any where else to buy a car but here. Its worth the drive all the way from Detroit.
