Went to rizza to get my 2010 acura tsx serviced for an oil change and from the time i drove in chris was professional he first greeted me and that says alot about a dealership . Then he told me that cdk is down and it will take a moment to write it up by hand . I said no problem . All in all express took less then an hour i was in and out in no time . The sales department it was early so they werent super greetful as i was expecting but thats ok their waiting room is huge they got alot of accessories from acura which most dealers dont. . i love rizza beacuse the quality customer service they give every customer matters to them and they greet you with professionalisam . I will be back to service my tsxv6

Came in for a possible warantee claim. I was professionally greeted, allowed all the time I needed to get out of my car. They had my vehicle for a little over an hour. They verified the reason my vehicle was there. I still need to go back at a later date. I was charged $0. Definitely would reccomend this dealership
