Jonathan Mock II and the sales team are incredible. Jonathan listened to what I was looking for in a car and compared the cars I was interested in. I purchased my dream car from AutoNation and it was an exceptionally great experience. Jonathan Mock was polished and professional and never pressured, just helped. He communicated throughout the process as I am 5 hours away from their location. Their finance manager, Mr. Bugosh, worked with me at 7 pm to get a better rate and a better out the door price to make it all possible. Once I got to the dealership, I was in and out in an hour and a half and the car is perfect. I will ABSOLUTELY make them my very first call with my next vehicle purchase. I came here because I had a recall on my car. I thought I made an appointment but turns out it was at a different location. I thought they were going to turn me away BUT Chris was awesome!!! I got there at 8 am and left right at 9:45! I thought I was going to be there all day since I didn’t have an appointment and it was for a recall! 10 out 10 service!! He kept me updated throughout the process which I appreciated!
