We had a great experience shopping for our new car at Mercedes-Benz of Westmont. As soon as we walked in, they greeted us and asked if they could help us with anything. We told them we were there to see Earl and they escorted us to his desk right away. Earl was kind, professional and respectful throughout the entire process. He took his time explaining everything about the financing, and even reviewed all vehicle specs with us. Well, I'm back, the new battery went fully dead the next day. Very difficult to get thru... BUT when you do they are very nice and try. Once I see why the battery died the next day. (Cost me day at work and I got AAA to jump, and I had to drive back in. So the star rating could drop ?
