Wife wanted a dying breed type of car (manual) on the sporty side. Steve @ Auto STAR made it happen. Wife was really pleased with her new to her Subaru STI. Steve went above a beyond in getting me a lower rate than my original back offer. Highly recommend. Now a can get my truck back from the wife.

I purchased a 2010 Ford Raptor and the customer service Steve provided surely exceeds customer service standards. I saw the truck online, didn’t go see it, didn’t test drive it since I’m in California. Asked Steve to take video of the truck and its entirety. When he did that, I knew I wanted to buy it, did the whole transaction online, from start to finish all the way until I received my vehicle here in California. When I test drove it after the fact I purchased it, I knew I made the right choice. No sales pressure to buy, no gimmicks. Never ever met Steve face to face but he was very customer service oriented, very friendly and professional. Would definitely buy another vehicle from here. Thanks Steve.

I was pleased with the customer service I received. The car salesmen seemed to be more honest and upfront with me than what I am a custom too finding on a used car lot. They have a lot of very nice high end used cars on their lot. They took a great deal of time allowing me to look at multiple cars, and the pressure to purchase was minimal. I drove multiple cars. I felt like they cared about my situation and worked with me to make sure I understood my situation and that I left happy. I ended up trading in a nice car that just wasn’t for me, for a car that fit my life better.

I am super pleased with the gorgeous ride that I picked up from Auto Star Motors. Steve and his staff were super patient as I’m a very particular buyer. They provided numerous walk-around videos for an extremely detailed review of the car’s condition, along with an additional FaceTime review. I’m a remote buyer and they fully understood my concerns over condition of the car since I couldn’t view it in person or test drive it. Once I received it there was a minor issue and Steve stepped up immediately and made it right. I’m incredibly impressed with the professionalism of the staff here, and the final outcome on my deal. Highly recommend these guys!
