I’ve been doing business with this family for around 23 years! My parents bought their cars from Jack and I happily purchased my Impala, Jeep, another Impala, my current GMC Terrain and my husband’s just got a Ford 350 Heavy Duty truck with a cab. Service has always been like dealing with friends instead of sales people. If there was ever an issue they were quick to make it right. I just had my oil changed and Tim is wonderful to work with. I always recommend DeFelice whenever I can.

After my previous car died on me a few months ago I began the search for a new car, which for me, is never an enjoyable experience. I found a few cars that looked good that I was interested in buying but upon contacting the sellers I either got no response or dealt with extremely unprofessional people who were asking ridiculous prices to boot. This, however, was not the case when I dealt with Jack and everyone at DeFelice. They were completely honest and professional and made the whole process extremely enjoyable and easy. The car needed one part replaced and Jack promised it would be done by the time I was due to pick the car up in a few days and it absolutely was. Definitely a place I will look to buy another car in the future.
