Two of the nicest people in Alaska own Alaska Mobility. Courteous and kind. Both Pat and Bessy are efficient and knowledgeable about their products. They took their time with me. Gave me the best deal not only in Anchorage on my new New Jazzy Passport Power Chair, it was the best deal online too. Honest and no games, I feel that they really care about their customers. I got the chair I wanted delivered to my home in less than 24 hours. It was not an easy delivery, Bessy literally had to go through an alvalanche on my deck which came down from my roof this morning. And I was sure that most people would have said no way not her. A big smile and with confidence she said I think I won't have a problem, I was scared for her but she never stopped smiling and had my new chair in my home in few minutes. I am extremely grateful for both of their attitudes and great customer service and my new portable, foldable electric wheel chair.
