Baltz Chevrolet service department went above & beyond to help us stranded travelers. We didn't even have a Chevy or GM product - their service department stayed late and got our foreign vehicle runnable for the end of our trip. They were so kind - great people!!!! I would highly recommend them!!!!

We broke down in Pocahontas on a Sunday night and had our truck towed to Baltz. When they opened on Monday, I called and spoke to Larry Busick. They looked at the truck and said it could be done that day. When check out time came at the motel, Larry came to get us and brought us to the dealership. After a short wait, they had us back on the road around noon. Thank you Larry and your mechanic for the quick and courteous service.You made a difficult situation much easier. I hope it does not happen, but if I ever break down in your area again, I would not hesitate to call.
