Our poor Nissan Rogue was totaled, so we went to look at a couple vehicles at Toyota. Mark did a wonderful job helping us. We decided on a used 2020 Subaru Ascent and absolutely love it. Mark was patient with us when we were having a hard time deciding on which vehicle, and he was not pushy at all! We bought 3 cars from Arrow Ford in the past, but Lithia Toyota really surprised us with how smooth of a process it was. They had a lot of people buying, but we were still in and out pretty quickly!!! Mike who works in finance was extremely nice and didn't try to push things on us either. I will say this will be our go to car place for future purchases. Thank you so much for helping us find our "new" used car :)

Was the second time I visited Toyota of Abilene…. but on this visit the service I received from Nestor Duque Sanchez was awesome. The team was so helpful with nitty gritty details. I would hands down buy a vehicle from Lithia Toyota again. Daniel helped us check out a new Sequoia I’d been considering. He had it ready when I showed up. Right off the bat he was knowledgeable, friendly, and super easy to work with. I was in a time crunch to get to an important event for my kid, and had actually only planned on just looking, so when I decided to make the purchase he worked fast to get me the best deal, no hassle, & worked efficiently to make sure I had everything I needed to know. Aaron in finance also worked swiftly knowing my situation and made the paperwork process a breeze. I had to do that alone and, as a woman, that can be intimidating. Not once did I ever feel pressured for unnecessary add on’s or like there was shady tactics. I am very impressed with the whole process and I’m sure we’ll continue to give them our business as my husband even mentioned he’s liking the new Tundras. Thanks Daniel and Aaron for a great experience!

Would recommend asking for Erick Miranda. Great customer service , and actually put in the work to help me out. Mostly enjoyed his service , he’s someone you could carry a convo with and that says a lot. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy.

My wife and I contacted Lithia Toyota yesterday morning and spoke with Mark Dunagan at around 9:30 am. He set up a appointment for 11 am. Which we were a few minutes late. But when we arrived he greeted us with a smile. I had told him to take a early lunch which he did not do. He said he took lunch between 2-3. I said are you going to be finished with us by then. He said yes.. Which he was . The sales manager Jim Buckner also bought us lunch. Thank you. The finance manager Chris Huddard made it simple.
