I came in here ready to dodge the nuances that come with buying a car and car salesmen but let me tell you…Aaron is so great. We swapped our mind on mileage and price ranges and style of car like 5 times because we weren’t sure and he was excited to help us find the exact car we wanted. A genuinely hard works individual. It was honestly such a great experience. They also gave me such a fair trade on my vehicle. I can’t speak for everyone at the dealer but I can speak for Aaron and the manager. They catered so much to our needs and we really appreciate it. Below is a picture of his card. We aren’t even done with the deal yet and we are making sure we put in a review because this dealership deserves it. It says online specialist but he’s definitely an expert on the floor.

These guys are hands down the best. I needed a black EV9 for my limo service and they took care of the commercial registration with ease. Shout out to Michael who was my primary car salesman and his team Ryan and Mario for making the buying process stress free. When it’s time for another car, I’m definitely going back to Capitol Kia!!!

Such an amazing experience with the Capitol team. I had the pleasure of working with Jesus, Alex and Ryder, which should be known as the Dream Team! Their service was extraordinary and they all went above and beyond. If you’re going to buy a Kia, this is the location to buy! Jesus was such a a friendly and enjoyable salesman, he listened to my wants/budget and did NOT try to up-sale a car I would not be able to afford. If I said no, he respected my answer. Jesus was extremely knowledgeable about the cars I was interested in. He kept my multiple family members and myself entertained through out the entire process. Ryder was another member who was amazing! He was extremely helpful when it came to breaking down the numbers and monthly payment. He was also the one to offer the add-on extended warranties but respected when I declined. Similar to Jesus, Ryder did not try to force services, instead he was able to offer some discounts when I explained the decline was due to price. Our final point of sale was with Alex in finance. He was super personable that we forgot we were doing a business deal. He was making us laugh and opened about his personal life. Alex walked us through the entire contract and broke it down for us when we felt lost. Again, these men made entire process so great. I will definitely be sending family members to the Capitol location if they’re wanting a Kia. If I ever want to upgrade my car in the future, I will definitely be returning. Thank you guys!
