Honestly had a great experience with the whole process. They tried very hard and went above and beyond making sure to get me the best deal within my budget on the Tacoma trd sport i was interested in. My Sales Person, Santa Soto, was AMAZING! She is genuine, caring, and looking to truly help others. This alone is a big enough reason to go there. The car buying experience was the same as any...exhausting. However, I will say that the facility itself made it a little more tolerable. They have a clean showroom with several amenities you can use while you wait, which you will do. They seem to stay reasonably busy and are appropriately staffed. The truck that I purchased is beautiful! You can never go wrong with a Toyota and the Beaver Benefits Package really adds to the value of your purchase. It is worth stopping in. :)

He made it seamless so that I could take the vehicle for a pre-purchase inspection at an off-site shop I work at. He ensured that everything was squared away with the vehicle before handing over ownership, while being diligent in helping to get me a great deal.
