I bought a 2019 toyata Tacoma and Patrick was an exceptional rep, was very clear and upfront about the car and it's upsides and downsides. Allowed me to get it independently inspected and was willing to negotiate to fit my budget. Overall I felt like he did his best to be straight with me and give me the most straightforward answers to my questions. Car shopping is not my strong suite so take this review with a grain of salt. but if you're looking for a car stop by and talk with them, it's worth at least talking and seeing what they can do.

Nice people. They all let me know what was going on. Appreciated that I could talk to a real person on the phone. Love that you have a shuttle service. The driver was very nice too. It would have all been even better if it hadn't cost so much, but then so would everything else.

I had an unexpectedly delightful experience during my visit! Although I initially walked in through the wrong entrance, Eric from sales was incredibly helpful and personally guided me to the right place. Gypsi in customer care was equally accommodating, making the entire visit smooth and pleasant. What could have been a stressful trip turned out to be enjoyable, and it was quicker than I anticipated. Kudos to the team for their exceptional service!

It was a wonderful experience. My salesman was G. Fred Dearing, a kindly gentleman who understands that simple conversation without playing games is what buyers expect today. Fred had me take a test drive that offers various road situations including bumpy roads, railroad tracks, steep hills, as well as town, rural, and highway drive--all in about a five mile trip. Fred was thoroughly knowledgeable and spent a long time showing me for every feature of the car works. His decades in the business show, because he is clearly experienced and has mastered his trade. No salesman has ever demonstrated a car in depth like that for me before. I also received fantastic service from Nate Avery, who handled the paperwork of the sale. He is highly skilled and quite personable, and he took the time to explain every facet of the various documents involved. Nice sense of humor too! The sales manager, Dan Ross, was reasonable when it came to negotiating and discussing aspects of how they evaluate trade-ins. He was straightforward and pleasant. I contrast his behavior to that of the staff at a dealership nearby where I had been seriously considering purchasing, until they refused to tell me what they would value my trade-in for unless I "gave them some kind of commitment." I wasn't even wanting to test drive at the other dealership, and I left immediately because car buying does not have to be a cloak and dagger operation. My experience at Auburn Chevrolet was the exact opposite and went smoothly and quickly. I feel confident that oil changes and other services will be handled just as well, because Fred introduced me to staff in that area as well. You might assume based on this first class service that I purchased an expensive car, when in fact it was a Chevrolet Trax, a top-rated car with a budget price tag! When I picked up my new car, Fred paired it up with my phone and made sure the Onstar was connected. He had me download the My Chevy app and ensure that it was good to go. I could have done these things myself, but Fred thoughtfully made certain that all was the best it could be. Thank you to all at Auburn Chevrolet for providing excellent service! 10/10 would recommend!

The first rep I spoke with promised to call me back within 20 minutes. After about 45 minutes, I called the dealership and talked with another rep. She told me that she too will need about 20 minutes to find out how soon the replacement part will be available. I received a call back within 15 minutes with an estimated cost and the timing of the part. I received a call two hours earlier than promised, which was amazing! I was able to get on the road and get home to Spokane quickly.
