Faris when above and beyond; gave me multiple options within what was available, and what I was looking for, while being transparent on prices, amenities, and the sales process. He was professional, not pushy and genuinely seemed to want me to be happy above all else. Was a pleasure working with him, and the rest of the team, everyone I met with was informative, helpful and kind. Highly recommend. Don’t let their construction dissuade you from using them!

Jon Kan was very helpful and took care of us through the entire buying process as we decided to purchase a new, 2024 Hyundai Palisade. Christine was very friendly through the financing portion & kept it simple and fast. We would highly recommend the Huffines dealership to anyone in the market, looking for a new vehicle!

ORIGINAL REVIEW (3 STARS); The parts had to be ordered but I sat in the waiting area for four hours to find that out. I had to come back when they were in, sat for two more hours but then they weren’t there after all. So I came back today and it was another 2 1/2 hours for the repair to get done. To counter that, my service advisor clearly cared and that made it less upsetting. I give the service department one star and Matthew Five stars. That’s why this is three stars REVISED REVIEW (5 STARS): I was surprised today when the Service Manager, Drew Jacobson, called me on his cell phone to talk to me about the less than stellar review. He wanted to find out what had happened and apologize. He explained that, while it is true they are under construction, that is no excuse for the time I had to spend in the waiting room and assured me that will never happen again. I am extremely impressed with the consideration I receive from Matthew and from his boss and will now anticipate the same kind of service that I always received in my future service visits. I never expected a review to have such an impact and it is nice to know that the company cares so much. Thanks so much for taking such good care of me and my car. I have been a loyal customer since 2016 and expect that will continue into the future.

After my 2018 Hyundai ionic hybrid had the problems that it had, I was hard-pressed to decide to buy another car. Then we got to know the Tucson and I decided that with the minor exception of the gas mileage and the major difference in the storage capability I would Trade in my ionic for Tucson. I have now put over 3000 miles on that car and I love it as much as I loved my ionic. The people I dealt with were easy to do business with and I really appreciated that.

1-30-24 (2:24) I went to the dealership and the General Manager, Ken Winston had cut a check to me for costs incurred from when I took my car into Firestone to repair the breaks and rotors ????????. I was also given a complimentary oil change to make up for my most recent issue where the fluids were not topped off during my oil change. I really appreciate the team at Huffines Hyundai Plano reaching out to me and doing their part to make things right. Ken also introduced me to Drew Jacobson the Manager over the service department who also wanted to touch base with me, understanding the circumstances that led to this point and offer me his card. Drew told me if I ever needed anything to give him a call. Thank y’all for making things right. 1-30-24 (11:35) I received a call today from the General Manager, Ken Winston. He wanted to hear what all had transpired from my two previous service appointments and we discussed the service issues I had. As of now an amends for the issues has been discussed and resolution has been promised. So I am adding this update to my review. Also raised my 1 Star ???? rating to a 3 Star ?? rating currently. 1-28-24 Had multiple issues ???? with the service center here at Huffines Hyundai Plano. Have had my Santa Fe in for brakes and rotors and left with issues that had to be fixed by Firestone. Just brought my car back for its oil change a week ago last Saturday January 20, 2024 and none of my fluids got topped off. I absolutely would never recommend this location for service or purchase a vehicle from these slackers.
