Great experience start to finish! This dealership has created a comfortable and inviting culture top to bottom. Even the staff who I wasn't working with was always polite and made me feel at home. My sales person(Eddie) was incredibly helpful and understanding of my goals of the purchase. Never pushy but he worked hard to listen to my goals and do what he could to work out a mutually beneficial deal. Kudos to whomever is responsible for creating such a welcoming and comfortable dealer environment!

Our experience with the dealership was very positive. Our salesperson Larry was attentive to our needs, very helpful in presenting the Genesis GV70 which we ultimately bought and very patient. I recently leased a GV70 from Genesis of Schaumburg. Honestly, it was a great, and I would even say FUN experience :) Larry, my salesman, was very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and -- easy going. I did NOT feel pressured in any way whatsoever. The entire team was a pleasure to work with. All of the car features were thoroughly explained to me. They even offer pick up service at your home if you need service!!! And, and, and, -- they even offered to come and help me if I needed a refresher on any of the spectacular features the GV70 offers. I have my own small business, and I totally appreciate it when I get good reviews. Because of that, I felt compelled to write one for Genesis of Schaumburg. They are definitely deserving of it. If you are looking for an amazing new and "unique" car, as well as top notch customer service, where everyone treats you like family, this is the place to go!!!! I felt that Ed understood my buying criteria well and worked to do what he could to secure the best price for me. Joe the general manager was very helpful as well. I felt that the buying process was easy compared to past experiences at other dealerships and I also felt I could trust the people I was working with.
