I had to take my Kia soul in due to a couple of recalls that needed to be taken care of. I was quite surprised by the superb service that I was given. I was initially greeted by this amazing lovely young man by the name of Francis his superb service exceeded my expectations, he explained everything thoroughly without any hassle. I came to this dealership to browse. Upon arrival I was greeted by David. He asked me what brought me there and we went inside to look into options. David was very professional and had exceptional customer service. He listened to me on what I was looking for and treated me with such care. I can’t say enough wonderful things about him. I drove from another state and it did not disappoint to work with David. I would HIGHLY recommend him and will continue working with him whenever a vehicle is needed. Every staff member I encountered was very pleasant. Brought m6 car in routine maintenance for the first time. The service department walked me through every step of the process. The vehicle was completed earlier than anticipated. To my surprise, they washed the car and cleaned/vacuumed the interior.
