Great service! Reasonable cost and timely efficient. They also send a video update of your vehicle with the name of who is working on it so you feel safe leaving your vehicle in their hands. I also leave miscellaneous stuff in the car and nothing is ever placed differently which has always been a fear of mine. My boyfriend took the car for me and found the cafe convenient during the wait. Would recommend anyone to take their car here.

Aurora was very helpful through the whole process. Unfortunatly, out of her hands, the cars spring snapped on the way home. In the process now of deciding how they are going to handle it. Best car buying experience ever! I saw the vehicle I wanted on their website and sent an inquiry. I specifically asked not to be called because most times I am unable to hear my phone at work. I asked them to please communicate via text and they did just that. I did that at another dealer and my phone rang immediately. I texted with Mike, the sales manager, and he was awesome. After work we spoke about coming in the next day to sign. The next day i met Mike and he had me speak with Sean, their truck specialist, and he walked us through everything with my new truck. and helped get us set up with the GMC app.. After that, we met with Vinnie from finance, who had everything ready, and we were off!!! Great people, very organized, and are definitely all about customer satisfaction! I never write reviews, but these people earned it!

To start this was the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. Donna Dunnivan and Michael Walker were the reason behind this positive car buying experience. They both collaborated to find me the car that would be the perfect fit for me. They both went up and beyond my expectations. Donna and Michael are both an asset to your dealership. I also want to mention Vinnie Divittorio who made sure that the final signing of all the paperwork was effortless. He had everything ready when I arrived. When I told him that I was changing the down payment and wanted to add more, was no issue at all. He took the time to make sure everything was in order. He explained every step and form as we went. Thank you Donna, Michael and Vinnie. See you in 2 years!!
