These guys were top notch. Charles went above and above to ensure that I was at ease during the entire process. This place IS truly a hidden gem, and I am beyond grateful that I FOUND them WHEN Searching FOR A car. They worked with me on my trade-in (which I had acquired from EZ Auto Sales (a sketchy / unethical automobile dealer) only a month before). So, when I came in, they were willing to work with me and took the car as a trade in, getting me into something completely dependable.
