I made a seamless and stress less appointment for an oil change and tire rotation with the service department of Baron Honda. I was given the date and time requested and Mike Guarino was extremely helpful in keeping me up to date with the length of time required to complete the job. I was in and out in 40 minutes and the waiting room is inviting to relax in waiting for the repair to be finished. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Mike was great...I was stranded at a hospital parking garage and needed a tow. When I contacted him to forewarn him that the car was coming in, he indicated that they were very busy and he wasn't sure how quickly he would be able to get to it. Then to complicate everything, the tow truck arrived late and brought the car to Baron Honda even later than I had anticipated. But to my pleasant surprise, I received a call within the hour that the car was ready! This was my first service call with them and I was impressed. I will definitely be using them again.
