Dropped my vehicle off for service today. Sales manager for new cars heard that I had a bad experience at a different dealership with my detail in the downtown Chicagoland area. Well, my car was in for service. The manager wanted to make sure that he clean my vehicle and personally went into detail the paint. I have 125,000 miles on my vehicle now and he made it look like it was brand new again. When was the last time you saw a manager spent two hours buffing and polishing a vehicle in a suit
