I purchased a 2008 Lexus GX and had an incredible experience at Morales motors. The sales staff was kind, courteous and upfront about the condition of the car. They provided Lexus history reports Carfax reports and personal insight on the car. My husband is deployed, and I never once felt like I was being takeb advantage of. They are even having me come back to drop the car off and fix an interior, rip on the seat and providing me with new keys. I trust this car will run for the intended time we need to and cannot recommend them enough. If anything changes I review will change but for now, these guys are the best to buy a used vehicle from in the area. Morales Motors will have you leaving with the biggest smile on your face and the best customer service experience you've ever had while buying a vehicle. I bought a 2012 Subaru Impreza a couple months ago and the car has been running smoothly and I can even say perfectly. No issues, I recently did an oil change because I put about 3500 miles, everything was looking great under the hood. Will definitely recommend family and friends and I might even buy my next "new to me" car here. Talked to Taylor the general manager for about a week or 2 before actually making it to the dealer to purchase my very first car a 2017 Kia cadenza technology he got me photos of the car prior to it even being detailed and i loved it it was super clean ran amazing . He was very professional as well as the whole Morales Motors team they made us feel very at home. Highly recommend anyone to check them out!

Car buying is a very overwhelming process for me but Cayenne and her team were very kind and never once made me feel pressure to buy a car from them. Her and her team made the car buying process easy and they had a great selection of cars. I did end up getting a 2012 Volkswagen Tiguan. The inspection wasn’t up to date when I purchased it, and wouldn’t be for a few days. They knew I didn’t have a car and was busing from base to take care of errands so they offered me a loner car, which was a life saver! I have been driving my car for about 3 weeks and it is running perfectly. Yesterday I went to pick up my plates from them. Cayenne put them on herself, which was a nice touch, especially since I don’t have tools at the moment. Overall, I felt very cared for as a customer and I will definitely be going back to them if I need another car while I am here in Norfolk.
