Best car buying experience in my long history of car buying. The sales person (Michelle) was a consonant professional and such committed representative of the dealership. They are lucky to have her. I have bought so many cars in my long life and it is always a stressful period, trying not to be pushed into paying more than you intended to pay or leaving with the feeling that you've just been taken. Besides Michelle, (Chris) the sales manager was helpful, not pushing, and very fair.

Me and my husband just recently moved here to CT from CO and we were looking for a new car when we stumbled upon this place! We checked out all the other dealerships around here and didn’t like what we saw in stock at the other ones and thought this one was the best one to go. The service and the staff they have here are absolutely amazing and chill! We would like to say a BIG THANKS to our salesman, Roemelo who helped us find the perfect car for us!! He was very informative, professional, and kind !! The process was very smooth and easy! We would also like to say thank you to Adam and Abby who helped us out towards the end of the process. Antonino Acura is the best dealership I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. They were able to give me an amazing deal on my old Acura MDX and for that I was able to get the RDX. They showed me everything in the car and explained everything in extreme detail so I knew absolutely everything about it when I took it off the lot. As for service, the service once you get your car is absolutely amazing. Jody is one of the sweetest women out there and will help you with anything and Peter does amazing work on the car. They are always awesome by throwing in free cleanings and multi point inspections. I will be staying with them for a long time and will probably be buying another Acura from them in the years to come. Thanks for all your service and help guys!

Antonino Acura has been great to us so far!! From our first purchase here which started with communicating via email with Jamal who answered every single question I had. He was very patient & quick with responses. Then Abbey in Sales who was very pleasant and fun to work with when my husband & I decided to make the purchase, all the way to the Service team. Both ladies in reception provide excellent customer service. A special shout out to Jody & Chuck!! Jody who ALWAYS makes our visits to the Service Dept a wonderful experience. She is super friendly and kind, no matter how busy it gets back there.We also had a pleasant experience with Mark, the Manager, at one point when we had to address a minor issue, which he resolved instantly!!
