I am writing to thank Guillermo Perez for making my recent car purchase experience so outstanding. It gives me great pleasure to share my amazing experience at McGrath Acura, Downtown, Chicago. I met Guillermo Perez about a month before I actually purchased my car. At the time I was just looking around yet he treated me as though I was prepared to make a cash offer. He listened to me and searched for several vehicles while sharing all of the features and helping me to narrow my options. I left without making a purchase but he followed up with me numerous times to see how things were going and inquired about whether there was anything more he could do to assist with the process. I told him I had not yet decided which direction I would go in but he continued the conversation and it wasn’t long before we realized we shared a few things in common. He continued to keep me apprised of any new vehicles that he thought might be of interest. About 6 weeks later I was ready to purchase and of course I reached out to him. He was waiting for me with several options within my price point and required features. The General Manager was also extremely helpful in the process and I cannot overstate how much they made me feel at home. The service was exceptional. After my purchase Guillermo has called several times just to see how I’m adjusting to the car and enjoying the features and reminds me of their services including car washes. My experience at this dealership has been wonderful and will remain my go to for service because of the way I was treated. Thanks again for the outstanding customer service and support.

My experience with Thomas was just great! I heard all about my boyfriend’s experience just 2 days before and I came in ready to give it a shot. It was very easy and I found a car I absolutely love, and it’s my first brand new car. Shout out to Greg in the finance department, because ultimately he is the one who made it all possible for me! I'm writing this review primarily for the excellent customer service I received from Stephanie. She is friendly, efficient, and professional. I've worked in the service industry and understand it's not reasonable for people to be on their game everyday, so usually I just expect a very straightforward and transactional experience. However, interacting with Stephanie reminded me how far great customer service can go in making a chore like getting your annual vehicle checkup more enjoyable, and how ultimately that experience reflects very positively on my view of a company. Overall I've been going here for years and always have positive experiences. They're communicative with the work done, upfront with pricing and why, and get things done quickly. I also appreciate the reminders of when to come in for a service. That being said, Stephanie was the stand out person who made me want to write a review! Based on my experience with her, she's the kind of person I would want representing my company.

Excellent customer service. Juan really rolled out the red carpet for us. Gave us exactly what we were looking for. Luke at financing didn’t beat around bush or add on some unnecessary costs. Got a great deal and it was the most stress free car buying experience. Highly recommend these guys. A+
