The way I was treated from the second I walked in the door made me question how anyone has horror stories about buying a car. I’m so pleased with the service and my new car. I recently purchased my second Subaru from Schaller. Dustin was great to work with--if you are going in, ask for him! He did a great job and spent lots of time going over everything. Lisa in finance is terrific and everyone there is just really friendly and helpful and you don't feel like you are pressured to do anything you're not comfortable with. Prior to buying my second car, I brought my Forester in for service only to find it was a lost cause and needed a lot of work. Jose, the service manager, was super helpful in explaining everything, what my options were, and his recommendations. Highly recommend this dealership they are all very respectful and super nice.

Fantastic service, great sales team and management team. Great selection of vehicles at aggressive prices! The waiting room is spacious and comfortable and they provide snacks and bottled water while you wait. Jerry, our sales rep, and Marc, the sales manager were extremely accommodating and friendly. We test drove the Subaru Forester and loved the way it handled and loved the giant sunroof. We were initially thinking about doing a Honda CR-V so Jerry got one of their other locations to drive over a CR-V so we could make sure we liked the Forester the best (we did)! I highly recommend Schaller Subaru (especially Jerry!)
