While on vacation from Canada, our Ford E350 Class C RV refused to start and needed a tow to Alexander Ford early February. A manager named Ricky did a great job getting us back on the road again. Their maintenance shop was very busy so we were so appreciative that they sqeezed us in on short notice. Thanks again.
