I’m finally getting around to my review! I went in expecting to get a used car and Kory made sure I left happy and with a safe vehicle for me and my little guy. Everyone went above and beyond and I cannot thank them enough. Team Chevy! Again Kory was phenomenal and was very patient as I’m not the easiest customer to deal with. I will definitely be back for my next car!

I recently purchased a used vehicle here at Team Chevy in Swansboro and might I not have been the happiest with some things, such as service dept. not making proper repairs (brought truck back twice and last time was told I needed a license plate light replaced and come to find out there is electrical wiring damage to bulb assembly) and manager treatment, I had the sweetest sales lady who made sure all of my concerns were taken care of. Thank you Shelby Lowry for the kindness and respect given during the sales process, often times car salespeople and dealerships are pressuring but I did not feel that at all with her. Highly recommend y’all see her if you’re interested in purchasing a vehicle at team Chevy!

This team was prompt and honest. Andre Hill was easy to work with. He didn't play any games as I expect walking into a dealership. Gave me a great price and deal cannot recommend him enough.
