Spencer was awesome today along with the sales manager and got me into the car I wanted. They knew I wasn't going to settle for less and worked with the finance company and got the loan to go through. They were top notch with customer service and explained everything as the process went along. Will definitely buy another vehicle from them. They made the entire process much easier then other places I have bought from in the past. If you need a car,these guys will definitely do everything they can to try and get you into a nice vehicle!

Driving from Wisconsin to Indiana to watch eclipse on April 8, the malfunction indicator lamp came on near the end of our drive. We called Terre Haute Kia, spoke to Brandon at the service desk and, even though they were booked up for the day, he agreed to check out the warning light for us if we stopped by. He was very pleasant and professional, he helped us right away, he re-set the signal when everything appeared to be okay and sent us on our way greatly relieved.
