I purchased a TX500h after placing a deposit 6 months earlier. They promised no surprise fees or forced addons when the car arrived, and they honored that promise. The purchase process was quick and painless. The car ended up having problems that took a few weeks to fix (it was one of the first cars off the assembly line, so no surprise there). The dealership handled it exceptionally well, kept me informed, ensured I had new loaners, and gave me useful options going forward. Everyone from sales to service did a great job. The TX 500h is a nice car, but if you weigh more than 100lbs, stay away from the sport seats.
