4USCK73442LJ16134 21,770 miles 2002 BMW Z3 3.0i Coupe finished in Dakar Yellow over Black Nappa extended M Coupe leather with Leather Z custom trims. It is powered by a 3.0-liter M54B30 6-cylinder engine (rated at 225hp) mated to a 5-speed manual transmission. Equipment includes 17-inch Style 42 alloy wheels, a limited-slip differential, dynamic stability control, a sunroof, heated sport seats, cruise control and air conditioning. The car was first registered in Ohio then Kansas by the original owner. It was purchased by the second owner and brought to California in 2021. It was then acquired by Bay 22 from the second owner, along with two other Z3 Coupes that were also in his collection. This Z3 was originally ordered and purchased by Andy Maddux of Leather Z (leatherz.com). It came with walnut extended leather. Andy and his brother Jon, who also had a Z3, agreed to swap interiors which is how this car s interior became black. Then Andy created the custom Dakar stitched elements you see here. Other modifications include MZ3 side and rearview mirrors, BMW Individual door sills, PPF on front bumper, hood and rear fenders, Conforti cold air intake and shark injector (the photos show a Dinan CARB legal sticker), Supersprint exhaust, Randy Forbes rear diff and subframe reinforcement (2010), M differential cover, Ron Styger clutch pedal, Ireland Engineering subframe bushings, and H&R coilovers. Audio upgrades include Boston Pro and JL Audio speakers, JL Audio 300.4 amp, and a Kenwood amp for the sub. Audio mods are invisible behind factory grilles. Paint and interior are in beautiful near-mint condition. There was reported minor damage on the back bumper in 2014. While waiting to make a left turn at a stop sign, a car behind tried to make right behind the original owner and bumped the rear bumper at under 5 mph. The bumper was removed and repainted by the Baron BMW Collision Center in Kansas City, Kansas. No damage to the metal work and no repair work beyond the paint was required for the fix. Also included with sale is a complement of keys, owners manual, and a complete tool kit.Approximately 47 Dakar yellow Z3 s were sold in the US, only 2 came with walnut trim, and of those, only this one had a sunroof. This is a very unique car that drives tight, looks great, sounds amazing, and we hope it will find a BMW enthusiast willing to give it a wonderful new home.Included with the car are the maintenance records and receipt history, all keys (2 keys, 1 valet Key, 1 glovebox Key), original owner s manual, original window sticker, original BMW Welcome Kit and a copy of the November 2003 Bimmer Magazine the car was featured in. Also included is the original BMW Performance Center plate that was on the car at delivery.

Nick was great and he made the transaction very easy. I finally have a true dream car of mine thanks to Bay 22. He was very up front and transparent as I was buying out of state and he even fixed an issue on the car prior to me picking it up without changing the price of the car. I would highly recommend Nick! He’s a true car enthusiast and cares about the cars he sells.

I found this M5 online of course, at Bay22 in PA. The pictures were incredible and the car was obviously well cared for. Nick was very responsive to questions and forthcoming with details about the car. Unfortunately I’m 1000 miles away in FL but I felt comfortable that the car was great and Nick was very pleasant and knowledgeable, obviously an E39 M5 fan. So I made a tentative deal and Nick held the car for me after I placed a deposit, deal pending on my test drive. I got myself to PA and the car was all that was promised. The Bay22 shop was immaculate, I mean spotless and that alone speaks volumes to me, a lot to be said for a business with pride in how it looks. The car drove flawlessly and was pristine as advertised. Deal done. Nick organized fully enclosed transportation to FL for me. I couldn’t be any happier. A dream come true for me. I’ve already had people ask me about the car and I’ve only had it 2 hours. Thnx Nick

Nick was nothing short of phenomenal! He added to the car buying experience, instead of taking away like most car dealers do. No unnecessary added pressure. I looked around the country for a MK3 AUDI TTRS. But nothing came close to what Nick had to offer. Examining his other cars for sale, I could tell his level of detail and care for each vehicle he brought in was very high. He mentioned to me "I like to buy and sell cars that I'd buy". And I fully believe that statement. This doesn't even fully explain his care for his customers and finding the right answers to the questions that I had. Overall, if I could give him 6 instead of 5 stars I would. I'll be back for sure once I'm in the market for another car, hopefully a Porsche!

Nick is a car enthusiast and that made a big difference in the buying process. He was very responsive and had extensive knowledge of the car. He provided numerous photos and videos which made the whole process easier for me, since I traveled to him from 4 hours away. The moment I saw the car posted, I knew it was the one for me, especially because it was owned and taken care of by someone like Nick. He made a dream come true. Thank you !

Nick is a stellar car enthusiast who made the buying process a breeze. He was very transparent about the vehicle's condition, and even put it up on his lift to show me the underbody as requested. I committed to buy the vehicle sight unseen, and travelled from MA to PA to pickup this beautiful 6-Speed 981 Boxster S and drive it 6 hours home. I would, and hopefully will, deal with Nick again and support his transparent business.
