In my entire life I don’t think I have ever encountered the level of customer service I experienced today at Elan Automotive Group. From my initial phone call, Danielle brought a sense of calmness that usually isn’t associated with purchasing a car. Today I met Danielle face to face and true to her word I drove off in exactly what I needed to care for my family! Decided I'd wait a couple of months before providing a review: My experience buying a car here was fine. Wasn't expecting to have to put as much down as I thought I'd have to, taking the price of the vehicle into consideration mainly, and its mileage. I'd say that was the only negative part about my experience.
