I cannot stress enough how great of an experience I had purchasing my new Tundra from Kearney Mesa Toyota. Upon visiting the dealer I was greeted by Teresa who did an amazing job explaining the process of buying a car in transit since the Tundra I was in to see was not in stock. Teresa was extremely thorough and for those questions out of her scope she engaged Will (sales manager) who was able to address. During the entire time I was treated with respect and great courtesy but most importantly they were both very transparent which left no surprises. Typically people dread buying a car and to be honest I have as well but this was one of the easiest car buying experiences ever. People make a difference and in this case having a sales manager willing to leave the back of the desk and go out side by side along Teresa, who was fantastic, is what earned my business!

Kearny Mesa Toyota is a nice Toyota dealership to shop at. The staff are always friendly even if you don't buy anything. Currently, the lot is a bit sparse, but they still have a large selection of cars to choose from. They definitely have some of the harder toyota vehicles to come by, including a reasonably priced GR Corolla sitting in their showroom. The service writers here are particularly friendly and helpful. It's appreciated when you need to get in and put quickly. They have always been very attentive. There is a large bay on the side of the building off the side street that you can drive right up to get help. Wheelchair accessible parking is available. The showroom is wheelchair accessible as well. There is currently a huge parking lot to park in, and tons of street parking available as well.

Very easy transaction as they promised. Great team all of them. Professional and knowledgeable of their product. No time wasted and excellent customer service since I started looking for my dream car to the time they handed my keys. Special thanks to Daisy my sales representative who helped me with the purchase process all the time.

First time car buyer here. From the moment you walk on to the lot, people are there to greet you and offer help. So even if you don't have an appointment, there are people there to work with you. I'd dealt with a few smaller independent car dealerships and they were all much worse at negotiating compared to Kearny Mesa. My sales associate Valerie was great and was very straightforward with me about what was and wasn't negotiable. Finance team was very nice and patient with me Super clean showroom, the test drive route let me take the car on the highway, and over some bumpy roads which gave me more confidence that the car was in good condition.

The process was overall positive. The staff was professional and knowledgeable. I felt as though they were fairly honest. However, after you buy it’s tough to get a response to further engagement. It’s best to go down there and demand to speak with someone on the spot. Just my experience.
