David Ramos is one of the best service representatives I’ve dealt with at a dealership. Quotes me a fair price and came through. Big shout out to our Salesperson Saleigh and the General Manager Arnold for making our recent purchase of a new 4 Runner smooth and easy. We were dealing with our newborn throughout the whole process and never felt rushed or pressured into getting the deal done. The pricing was fair and they didn't low ball me on my trade in. In for preventative maintenance of my car which I have had since 2016. My service advisor was David this time. Like all the other advisors, he is friendly and courteous. He is very professional and explained everything to me. My total time there was 2.5 hours for all repairs and services. I purchased my car there and have had all of my service work done there. Toyota of Roswell staff have always been great and they believe in the concept of SERVICE THAT SELLS!! Thank you for making me a loyal customer!!!
