We have been customers here since 2019 and haven't had one single issue with our vehicle! I always recommend taking a used car to a trusted mechanic before buying it regardless of the dealership its coming from, I've heard horror stories about cars from dealership lots and buy here, pay here lots but Benchmark has been nothing but wonderful to deal with and sold us a solid used vehicle at an affordable price and I would recommend them to anyone. The whole team from the sales person to the office personnel is wonderful! I can't speak to the shop because I have been fortunate enough to never have to use them.
