I want to first start out by saying this was by far the best experience that I have had with a car company. I’ve been to many other and not one of those companies compares to how I was phenomenally treated at Westbury Toyota. From the moment that I walked in I was greeted with such grace and respect. I did have an appointment already scheduled with Denni who took the utmost care of me. Denni went above and beyond to make me understand what I was buying. Mind you this was my first time buying a car so I truly had no idea but obviously my mother knew what to look for. Denni was patient with us and thoroughly answered all of our questions. He allowed me to test drive as many cars as I wanted until I found the perfect one for me, which I truly appreciated. He didn’t just try to sell me something right away, he genuinely worked with me. I am beyond satisfied with my purchase and happy to say to be a part of the Toyota lifetime, specifically the Westbury Toyota family. I can’t wait to work with them more. Thank you again Westbury and especially Denni for helping me find my perfect car ??

My parked car was totaled a couple of weeks prior to coming here and I had to get a car real soon. I’ve been dead set in getting a EV because I get free electricity from the sun and I have a super off peak plan from my utility company, so it made sense to go full electric. I had already gone to the new Tesla showroom that opened in Westbury and the instant state and federal tax rebate on the Model Y made it a very attractive offer. This was also the first time I went to a Car dealership without a referral from anyone or someone who had a friend that work at one. I did some research on the vehicles I was looking for from various dealers before deciding to come here. I was also dead set on gettjng a Tesla Model Y prior to coming in and taking a look just to see what’s available. I needed a practical daily driver and wasn’t looking to spend more than I need to for the car. Chris Sumba was the first sales person to come and greet me while the other sales people just stared at me. Maybe I looked weird, who knows? Chris was eager to help and showed me vehicles that would suit what I was looking for. He was very patient too. We then settled on the Corolla SE AWD Hybrid. They were closing soon, so we told him we will be back tomorrow morning and will bring my kids to look at the vehicle also. We came back the next day and Chris remembered us. Unfortunately the car we wanted was just sold. But then, Chris said that they have one more and pulled it into the showroom. We were so relieved. Then we talked price, Chris played the old, “Let me ask my manager.” routine, LOL ????????????????. We agreed on the price and went through the financing. I have to say, this was actually one of the smoothest and easiest buying experience from the browsing to the financing and to driving out the lot the same day that I have ever experienced. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase.

awesome outlet. very nice friendly staff. specifically MR. Mohammad sir and Morroco girl. you guys are awesome. they treat you very well. overall satisfied. so impressed with Mohammad sir deals always. must visit this place. nice environments with huge car dealerships.

Today my wife and I leased a 2024 Bz4x (All Electric Vehicle) from Julio and Randy Abreu at this Toyota dealership. Our experience was excellent—they were honest, focused on our needs, and offered a great deal with promotional rebates. Randy, who sold me my first new car in 2005, is now the general manager and treated us like family. My wife was thrilled with the experience, and although I assisted with the deal, she handled the finance agreement on her own. It was wonderful reconnecting with Randy and seeing his nephew Julio excel as one of their top salespersons. I highly recommend this dealership over any other. Thank you, guys!

Chris Sumba (Salesman) and Alex Eitan (Finance Manager) were extremely helpful during the entire process. I had never purchased a vehicle from a dealership before and all the in-and-outs were explained well enough for me to decide what worked best for me. Chris even spent a whole Sunday with us on New Year's Eve, no less, to show me both new and pre-owned cars. He worked with Alex to show me the various payment plans and get my loan approved. Alex was very thorough with the finance end of things. He had answers for all my questions and was very upbeat. I got a good deal and a car that I really enjoy driving. I am beyond happy!
