I had limited time to car shop and a very tight budget when I decided to stop by Ally Motor Group. I'm a student and desperately needed a affortable reliable vehicle for school. The salesman found me a Chevy Malibu that fit my tight budget! The price he gave me was more than fair and far below the actual value. I am very pleased with my purchase, for an older car it runs great! the salesman made my first time car buying experience easy. I never felt pressured and everything was explained to me clearly. The salesmen were warm, welcoming, and honest. It was pouring rain that day at Ally Motor Group and I had my 130lb Rottweiler with me while car shopping. Rather than leave my dog outside he invited my huge dog inside with us! Those are the personal details that one remembers when recommending dealerships to friends and family! There customer service went above and beyond! No games, reliable cars, and great prices. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle!

I purchased an admittedly high mileage 04 Tacoma from them and while it was in excellent condition it ended up running into some mechanical problems the day I took it home and the check engine light came on. When I took it back they told me that they would take care of everything at no cost to me. Though it took time to find the problems and their mechanic spent a week chasing a vacuum leak I eventually received the truck in full working condition with a valid inspection sticker. Al and the crew went above and beyond to earn my trust and respect and even apparently lost money on the sale just for the sake of their integrity. While I hope they find a way to better test and maintain their vehicles, they absolutely redeemed themselves in the after sale.

I stopped into Ally Motor Group interested in a particular vehicle, after seeing it online. Dave's customer service was excellent and he immediately printed a car fax for me and answered all of the questions I had about the vehicle's history. He even made a couple of phone calls, to provide me with answers to what he was unsure of. I left the lot that day with a deposit on the vehicle and a plan to come back in two days to purchase. When I returned, the car was clean and ready to be driven off the lot, with a courtesy half tank of gas. Al took care of what was needed with my insurance company prior to my arrival. The paperwork went very smoothly and took less than 30 minutes to complete. The car was priced fairly, within book value, and they gave me the option to take care of inspection and registration for me. It has been 3 weeks with the car and I am loving it. My one complaint was that the brakes were squeaky and, when I communicated this, I was reassured by Ally Motor Group that it could be from sitting for a little, and I could come back if the problem did not resolve itself. My mechanic has checked it out for me and confirmed that there should be nothing to worry about. I am very pleased with my purchase!
