Pretty painless buying experience. I don't know exactly what I expected but this was far easier than my expectations. I worked with Arnoldo who was very friendly and easy to work with. I would recommend groove Subaru. I bought a used 2016 Subaru Forester 2.5I premium edition and am happy with the vehicle. They are replacing a sensor issue for free as I bought it with the issue. Overall 5 start experience.

It was time for another car in the family. Outdoor adventures and horse barn trips rack up miles over time. Jared Ellingwood was very knowledgeable and patient with me as I ran through all the options. A 2020 pre-own certified Outback with low miles caught my eye. Talking about payment options was a breeze and very informative. I would recommend this place to Subaru byers.

Had a great simple, straight forward, friendly buying experience with Arnoldo Vasquez at Groove Subaru. I had also been to a different Subaru dealer for a test drive, and they sold the car right before my appointment, but didn't bother to tell me (drove 45 minutes to their location). I contacted Groove initially after seeing an in-transit model I wanted on their online inventory. I was able to put a deposit down remotely, and then the car even showed up a couple weeks early. (Note: If you know what you want, I recommend doing this rather than waiting until the cars arrive because they go fast!) Arnoldo explained everything clearly and the documents matched what we discussed. On the day of the purchase, I got a tour of the service facility (WiFi, working spaces, restrooms, refreshments - and dog-friendly!), and he guided me through the main features in my car. The finance manager, Mai Sheath, explained to me my warranty options, but did not pressure me. She also included a good deal on 2 years service at any Subaru dealer in the 50 states. Highly recommend, and I will be back for regularly scheduled maintenance! BTW - I LOVE my new 2024 CrossTrek Sporting!!!

This was my first time getting my 2014 Subaru Impreza serviced at a dealership. I went in because my mechanic had indicated the computer on my vehicle needed an update - something only the dealership could do. The service manager was super accommodating to the situation and ended up comping me for the diagnostic fee and associated labor. Truly unexpected, and so, so kind. Excellent customer service - I fully expect to come back next time I need to have my vehicle serviced.

My oil changes and air filters were under warranty but they changed my oil but tried to charge me for the filters which were covered under my warranty. It’s like I had to beg for them to do what they were already supposed to do. Other than that everything was good. Chris hooked me up with a full tank of gas. It wasn’t a bad experience you just have to speak up and let them know that the oil change comes with replacement air filters.
