Had an issue after service to my truck and got a call the same evening from the service manager. He went above and beyond to rectify the issue and made me feel extremely comfortable with taking my truck back to pugmire. I tried there pick up and car delivery service for my oil change this time and it was awesome! So convenient. I was working from home and double tasked!! They even pulled up in a car labeled pugmire ford big on the side and tell you who picking up your car up so you know your not handing your keys over to an imposter!

I dealt with Vincent. He was excellent. Got me in to fix my backup camera within 48 hours for a much lower price than I had been quote by another dealership. I recommend this dealership. Much better than going to Bremen or Newnan.
