The jury is still out on this. The people were nice enough, but because I wasn't given a video, I don't know what all they did and I have to return Monday for my THIRD visit...smh. However, Melissa, my concierge, was wonderful.

I just purchased the alpine green 2024 Subaru Crosstrek Limited from Larry Taylor! He was so personable and had fantastic knowledge of the car! He did not add any pressure and gave me time to think about my decision. There's nothing more then going to make a big purchase and having a pushy sales person. He was the complete opposite. It wasn't all business either. He likes to get to know his customers. He is super friendly and has a great personality. I highly recommend, if you're looking for a car and a person that knows their stuff, go to Fairway Subaru and ask for Larry!

Angela with the service department was extremely helpful, communicative and kind. I was one of the last appointments of the day and she graciously assisted me when my flat tire repair turned into a full tire change and major 60k mile maintenance job. She also was able to set me up with a rental which made a world of difference for me.

Shopping for a good, clean used car, we looked at a couple at Fairway Subaru and then went to CarMax to see a greater variety of models. Every vehicle we opened at CarMax smelled like smoke, vomit, or body odor. Such a turnoff. Headed back to Fairway the next morning and bought one we had seen the previous day. We were treated with great respect the entire process and the buying/trade-in process was extremely simple and enjoyable.
