Got the works package on my F550 on the Quick lane. Richard and his Team did a great job. I use my truck to make a living so it important for the service to be done right and also checking for any underlying issues.. They discovered that my belt was cracked and recommended a new one since this one had almost 150K on it.. I appreciate their efforts and keeping me on the road.

I went in with my family looking at a couple of vehicles that I was interested in. Alex Cantu helped me check them out and didn't pressure me or rush me on a decision, he was very helpful. I ended up with a vehicle I absolutely love. I really like the environment here as well, they have a kids area which helped my kids keep entertained. This was honestly the best experience buying a vehicle.

Quick Lane service here is always great. If an additional service is suggested, you always have a choice. You never get pressured to have any recommended service.

Tri County Ford and especially Richard was referred to me by a dear friend! I can’t say enough good things about Richard and the mechanic team at Tri County! I bought a truck in another state that had a pretty long list of things to do. Richard received my truck Monday morning and literally had it back to me on Wed afternoon!!! Richard stayed in touch with me daily with details of what was being done and delivered early and at extremely fair pricing on everything!! I’m in Dallas, but worth the hour drive to have my vehicle serviced here especially if you have Richard as your service advisor! Old school service-I won’t go anywhere else! 110% worth the drive for the exceptional service!!

What a great experience, I would highly recommend giving them the opportunity to be your one stop shop for your Ford vehicles. I used the quick lane for an oil change on my f150 and a quick lane it was! Oil change, and an overlook on my truck (has 11k miles) let me know the upcoming things to look for and was out in 30 minutes! Very curious and friendly! Part 2: I stopped by the service desk to talk about recalls, updates, and the goofy things my truck was doing and they were able to fix them all in an afternoon! I hate to say my ford has had issues, but it was a covid build and nothing was normal then. It's my only f150 that has had and weird quirks and those are so far so good! The two techs I spoke with about the issues were very well aware of the issues and knew exactly what to do. Most times when you go to a dealership service department, you are on edge and met with bland , rude, and mostly disrespectful customer service. Not this time!! I felt like I was at a small town, family run store, that made me feel very comfortable. Hard to say that about most dealerships, however I say it to everyone I see about Tri County Ford! Huge thank you to Kristi, Robert, Logan, Sam, and Richard for going above the rest to make sure I was in good hands! I know i may have missed a few names but everyone was top notch. What a great team and thankful for having the experience that I did! To the poor guy that washed my truck, I'm sorry it was so dirty but you did a great job!! An added bonus for using them!!
