I made my purchase virtually over the phone. Mo made everything easy. Answered all my questions, got me a great price, sent me a video walk around of the vehicle and was honest about everything. I had to drive over 4 hours for this vehicle and I am glad I did. Thank you Mo, I will be back!

I have been working with this location for a long time and I enjoy dealing with parts and service but I specially enjoy the friendly delivery drivers in particular Duane. He is amazing and has a great smile. If I was his manager I would definitely give him a raise because he deserves it and if he ever decides to leave Bloomington Subaru he has a good home here at Ride Auto.

I'm new to the Subaru family, and new to the state, so I didn't know what to expect on my first trip to the service department. I was blown away at how professional they are. There was someone waiting to meet me when I pulled up and stayed with me until I was back out the door. I've simply never seen a better service department anywhere. Since my first visit two months ago, I've worked closely with Michael Dao as I've had to take my vehicle back in to get some extensive work done. Michael always remembers who I am when I call on the phone, and goes out of his way to accommodate my needs. For example, I dropped my car off to have them replace a camera that was broken when a windshield company installed a new windshield. He didn't think they could have it ready before 4:00 p.m. I told him I had an important business meeting I had to be to in the afternoon. He gave me a loaner car and promised they would make this a top priority. Two hours later he called me back and said it was done! I was so happy. From start to finish, Michaels been amazing. The whole dealership has been great to work with. I would highly recommend the dealership and especially their service department.

Not always a fan of big dealerships, but this one feels different. And not just because of snacks. They’re committed to recycling, have solar panels, a rooftop deck and the facility is all nice and new. There’s even tech that measures your tire pressure and tread depth as you drive into the service bay. Mike took care of me right away and clearly cared about me and my car. He took time to explain things to me about the car and the warranty. So far nobody has tried to sell me a new car as I’m wandering around.
