Our experience shopping for and buying a new Forester Touring from Doug Smith Subaru in American Fork was outstanding. There was no pressure and they were upfront about pricing. The agreed upon price was very good - especially compared with what other dealerships were willing to do. The buying process was simple. What a difference from experiences we've had at some other dealerships where you feel like they are trying to take advantage of you. Sales rep Ruben was excellent to work with. I appreciated him being willing to answer my questions and agree on a final price over the phone on his day off. My parents also had a very good experience buying an Outback here about five years ago.

Wow their customer service is incredible!!! Heather was spectacular in taking care of us with our New Subaru Forester purchase. We got a great deal, she took really good care of us, and was very down to earth and honest with us. It was a seamless and quick process, and Heather was incredibly knowledgeable about all the cars and the different options and packages, as well as the nuances and cool features of the Forester. She took a lot of extra time with us making sure we knew how everything worked on the car, and answering all of our questions. She was real and authentic, and we truly had the best car buying experience of our life!!!! And we both have purchased a lot of cars. The financing portion of the transaction was even a breeze, amazing and happy (NEVER thought I would say that about buying a car .) But it was painless and actually fun! After our experience with Heather, she will be our go to sales person and dealership. HEATHER IS THE GOLD STANDARD IN THE PROCESS OF PURCHASING A CAR. My experience at Doing Smith was excellent! Heather was very helpful and friendly. I received a greeting at the door and Heather helped answer all of my questions between two vehicles I was interested in. Heather was very patient and low pressure the entire time as we test drove the cars as I was making up my mind. She was able to get me the car and specs I liked earlier than we thought. The purchase process was comfortable, everything was explained clearly without being rushed, and Heather made sure any final questions were answered before I left with the vehicle! I wish I could say the same with past experiences I've had with other dealers. This is a location I can trust, comfortably revisit, and recommend to anyone.
