I have always dreamed of owning and driving a Mercedes and i finally got my wish. I first walked in to the dealership and Erika was very welcoming and helpful. We spoke about my wants and needs and she showed me the cars that matched those. There was nothing on the lot that was exactly what i wanted so Erika recommended i build my own online which is what i chose to do. She notified me when it came in and when i picked it up Jack did a great job explaining how everything works. I had to call a few times because i didn’t remember some things and everyone was so helpful. I am in love with my 2025 GLC 300 and i will be going back for my next one.
