I’ve been waiting to post this review to see how the store handled our car. We purchased a used GMC from Morganton. They let us test drive it over the weekend because we weren’t completely sure if we wanted to actually purchase the car. We decided to make the purchase and 4 days later our check engine light turned on. We took it back to the store (I’ll be honest I was not happy) but they told us they would take care of us and they did (gave us a loaner vehicle while they fixed our kinda major issue). Our sales guy was Zach and he was accommodating. Dean (manager) was also very helpful and there was another manager that was friendly and helpful too I just can’t remember his name. I would highly suggest if you are purchasing used to purchase the warranty. Overall while it was a bummer that this happened immediately after getting my car I am extremely happy with how they handled everything and feel like they have good ethical business practices. They were understanding and apologetic. I would purchase from them again.

So far, great experience. Bought my Sierrra 1500 in Hickory but have it serviced in Morganton. Very pleased. Advisors in service and the people in parts have been cordial and gone out of their way to be helpful on a couple of rather small warranty items. Yesterday, I mentioned to a gentleman in parts that I have yet to figure out the "My GMC" app. He summoned a salesman who spent the better part of 1/2 hour getting my account set up and familiarizing me with what the app can do. That was above and beyond what I would have expected. Now, fingers crossed that if I ever have a major repair--warranty or otherwise--they will be just as helpful.

My experience with the service department (notably Brandon Manis and Joey Jones) is beyond words. I am sure your dealership services numerous vehicles every day. Brandon and Joey made me feel as though I was the only customer you had. They genuinely made me feel as though my vehicle was just as important to them as it is to me, and that their number one priority was to make sure that I was satisfied with my service experience. Please extend to them my sincerest appreciation for a job exceptionally well done! It was well worth the time I spent waiting to retrieve my vehicle.
