The staff was very friendly and cooperative, they explained everything related to the purchase of the vehicle to me. The only thing I didn't like was that the car, even though it was new, they didn't wash it well and they didn't dry it properly and since the car is black you can see the water drops they left on it. They should take care of that aspect in terms of presentation and delivery of the cars.

My 1st time taking my car in to get serviced was a “good experience” I was nervous to take my car in for service because I had a bad experience with somebody that works in finance and had me scared to take my car and believe it or not but service department is completely different than Financing. Luckily everything went as it was supposed to go, and I was treated with kindness common courtesy and answered some questions that I had regarding my car. I have a brand new 2023 Nissan rogue this is my first brand new car and although I’m loving my car, I didn’t really like the experience from the finance department. My salesman was amazing!!! You’re probably wondering, what does one have to do with the other? car service repair/maintenance department is nothing like the finance department and luckily I felt comfortable getting my car serviced. I shouldn’t have to be afraid to bring my car in because of somebody in another department that was rude. but luckily, the service department knows what they’re doing because they’re nice and friendly even in person and over the phone.

Went for Service, everything was good, clean lobby coffee and popcorn ???????? just the waiting time needs to improve. But that's with all dealers not just this one.. workers were very polite and knowledgeable ????????????????
