By far the best dealership experience we have had. We have owned 3 Mazdas and more in other brands, and now this experience stands out in many ways. They have been trustworthy, they communicated well, they were helpful in each phase of the process. I had never felt we were being pushed. It also felt like the employees work there with accountability and a sense of ownership of their work and output. I was surprised to have such an overall experience. Normally you hardly see managers, but there other managers came and thanked us our business. They seem to have a great general manager, Omid. We worked with Jonathan, he was excellent too. I can recommend them to everyone; family, friends and Mazda fans.

Initially, I had a disappointing experience with the service Department at Royal Moore However, I'm pleased to say that they went above and beyond to rectify the situation and ensure my satisfaction. We were looking to buy a car for our son who will be away at college next year. Royal Moore Mazda was the first dealership we visited and as soon as we met Jasmine, our salesperson, we knew we wanted to buy our son a car from her. She made us feel comfortable right away and was so down to earth and easy to talk to. My son loves his new Mazda3! Everyone at the dealership was super nice and genuine. I highly recommend them.

Great (experience) bought a new Mazda in 2020 from Royal Moore over the phone and they delivered it to us 200 miles away. Last week my daughter and I drove 400 miles round trip so she could buy a new Mazda from Royal. This week my wife and I are driving 400 miles round trip to trade in and buy a new Mazda from Royal. Buying a car isn't always a great experience it's like getting a tooth pulled but as you can see I'm going back because they worked very hard to get us the car we wanted and did a great job of communicating. 5 star service. Found my new mechanics. Robert and his team did an amazing job at finding 4 issues on a check up I needed. Finished them promptly with great communication and gave me my vehicle back in tip top shape. I was told by a couple other mechanics that the hum in my car was normal and that I shouldnt be concerned, but Roberts tech found out my hub bearing was the actual issue. I thank the team for their comprehensive work and not ignoring issues other had before them.
