My wife and I had an exceptional experience purchasing her Bronco at Upper Marlboro Ford. In addition to spec’ing the perfect Bronco for our taste (including both the hard and soft tops!), General Manager Floyd Alexander communicated with impressive clarity what he could do (as well as what he could not do) to make the deal. While I’m sure he’d agree that I’m a “unique” buyer, he was gracious, professional, and accommodating at every turn. We were especially grateful for Finance Director Shelly Samuel’s evident expertise in stewarding our paperwork and, somehow, despite negotiating an aggressive deal prior to entry, we left her office with more than what was bargained (thank you again, Shelly!). Our salesperson, Tyrone, provided white glove service in capturing some requested photos of the Bronco prior to us visiting the dealership as well as ushering us through the vehicle’s delivery. My experience at the Upper Marlboro Ford Dealership was outstanding to say the least. I scheduled a test drive for a blue 2020 escape that had been sold already, which I did not know upon my arrival. Anyway I was immediately greeted at the front doors and asked who I was there to see. I had set up my test drive with Cristian, and it took him no time to come greet us, explain the situation with the other escape and pull a different 2020 escape out for me to test drive. When I told Cristian I was expecting a different escape that had been cheaper with higher mileage, he said how about you test drive this, let me work out some numbers and we can see what can be done. He told me that their goal was to sell people rates, and not cars. And I will admit, I thought this was just your run of the mill sales man trying to make a sell, I was happy to be proven wrong. Cristian, along with the general manager Floyd, worked with us to make sure I got the car of my dreams at a rate I could afford. I am someone who has had the WORSE luck when it comes to cars, but I can honestly say I am finally in a car I love and trust, and I couldn’t be more grateful to the team at Upper Marlboro for going above and beyond to make this possible! Highly recommended this dealership!

Thank you to John Lee, Adam for making my first buying experience a great and successful one! They helped me pick out a car I fell in love with, were very knowledgeable about the car, and walked me through every step of the way after. They always checked in with me and were very helpful.
