My first time using the service department at Balise Hyundai and I was extremely happy with the whole process. Fast, efficient, friendly and very honest. During my 30k service I was told the serpentine belt was in such good shape and there was no need to replace it. Wow, an honest dealership who cared more about customer service than profit.
