Came into Nissan for a new, updated and safe vehicle. Giff McDonald was there as soon as we stepped out of the car to help us through the process. Everything from insurance, test drive, interest rates, tags, etc was done at time of purchase. Smooth and painless! 10/10 super nice and helpful staff. Sales manager Eddie also stopped over to check on us and congratulate me. Overall experience was amazing.

From the moment we stepped onto the lot, Mr. Harry "H-Bomb" Negich, went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of, with honesty and integrity. His expertise and knowledge were evident as he guided us through the process with patience, enthusiasm, and humor! He listened attentively to us and provided us with valuable insights, making the whole process a breeze. We could tell that he was a straight-shooter, and we were relieved because when we left to go to the lot, we literally said, "Ok, time to get harassed", expecting/dreading an awful experience and braced with the anxiety that comes with making any large purchase. What truly set Banister Nissan apart was the seamless and efficient process. From the moment we parked our vehicle we were helped by Mr Giff. He was a great salesman. He wasn’t pushy like most but you knew he had experience and was about his business. We were only there because my wife wanted to leave the house and check out the new Nissan Pathfinder, but we ended up trading in her Rogue for one. The crew there were all professionals I don’t remember everyone’s names but they were all on point with their customer service. I understand that they are supposed to because they are in the business of selling but they seemed organic with everything. I would recommend the place to anyone. Thanks crew.

First off, I have bought many cars from this dealership, i believe (6) total. My family have also bought cars and our overall experience has been nothing short of spectacular! Mr Watson is basically family to us and we love him dearly. But I would like to give a shout to Mr. Jose Colon who exceeded my expectations during his presentation ad professionalism. Overall Customer Service at the Surface was Phenomenal. I enjoyed the experience. I loved the energy of All the Workers. It was such a stress free encounter. Everyone made me feel Special. However; after the fact, I felt the price wasn’t a Black Friday deal. But they said they will explain that to me when I get the opportunity to come in. Giff, Robin, and James are wonderful salesman. I deeply appreciate everything minus the price.
