This dealership and Ron and Stan are awesome. I had taken my truck with 4 battery fails to another dealer and they never identified that the problem was with the infotainment system. Jessup service manager and team went above and beyond by implementing and update which caused the system to fail and lock up. They replaced the I infotainment system and everything seems fine so far. Hopefully by days of dead batteries are behind me.
