Drove way farther than I wanted to, but this was the only dealership that had the car we wanted. They were incredibly polite, professional, and efficient. No hidden charges or fees, and they helped us inspect, test-drive, and purchase our car all in under 2 hours. Shout-out to Michael, we wouldn't have gotten our car without him. He went above and beyond to assist us with pricing, as well as ensuring we had the best finance options available. The internet sales department definitely makes buying a car much more convenient! Couldn't recommend these guys enough, would definitely buy from them again if I didn't have to travel over 200 miles to get there. They even have vehicle delivery options, which was great for me and my wife.

I have purchased 3 vehicles from Bellingham Nissan. Every transaction was a great experience which is why I keep going back. The salesmen I had on all three were friendly and understood my needs. The finance office helped me get the best rates over my own bank as well. I have used their service department for all my maintenance and also purchased tires last year for one of my vehicles and they’re great also—scheduling online was easy. They always have a wide variety of used vehicles all the time and I have referred my friends and family to purchase from them as well. Amazing dealership!

The service guy I worked with was great. First, I had called him on the phone because my backup sensors kept alarming even if nothing was behind me and had slammed on my brakes for me which was no fun. After asking a few questions he made me an appointment for the next week. However, before the next week came it happened numerous other times so I just drove it down to the dealership because I could no longer take it! He quickly found the problem which was a gasket had come out from around the sensor and was making it think something was in the way. He then took some pictures, told me he would order the part and then call and schedule the service, which he did.
