I had a great experience. I had to come back a few times, and every time I was welcomed in. The staff were extremely friendly and were very competent. I recommend the salesman Pierre to everyone coming in. He was an excellent salesman to work with, and made me feel right at home. The finance coach (I forgot his name), was also fantastic. He found a way to drop my rate to be ~4x better than what I expected and will save me thousands of dollars over the course of my loan. I am pleased with my vehicle purchase on my CPO 2021 Acura TLX A-Spec and will definitely be coming back. Thank you to everyone involved.

My visit on June 1, 2024 to the Jeff Wyler Acura dealership showed that there’s still exceptional service that you can get by the people who work in this car sales industry. From the moment my husband and I walked into the dealership, we were welcome and shown excellent customer service. I didn’t feel like our sales advisor was just making a sale, but definitely like family. Steve Swanto made every effort to take care of us. He was very attentive to what I wanted and making sure to stay in my budget also. My car was delivered on June 11th and I was out the door on the 12th. Just like that!! Truthfully the experience was smooth, professional and very much appreciated by myself and the team at Jeff Wyler. I will definitely recommend checking them out for your next purchase. Absolutely love my car and Shaman’s hospitality was great. I had a number I needed to get to and they got me as close as they could so we could make a deal. I’ve wanted one of these since 2007 and finally it’s a dream come true. Loved my experience so much it made me wanna get a job working there! Thanks again Shaman!

Had a great experience at Jeff Wyler Acura! We traveled from out of state to check out one of their vehicles, and Jason was our point of contact. Jason was incredibly helpful, communicative, and polite throughout the entire process. We had to reschedule when we traveled in, and Jason made himself flexible to our schedule and didn’t make us feel bad for rescheduling. I received a very fair trade in for my old Subaru, and overall had a smooth purchasing process with Jason, Kylie, and the team. It’s been a few weeks now since I got my new Acura and I’ve already driven it 3,000 miles across the country and it’s purring smoothly.
